Our story of sweet, messy memories
At OH FOR HEAVENS CAKES, we believe that the best family traditions come wrapped in laughter, sprinkled with flour, and served with a healthy dose of fun. Discover how a ruined birthday cake inspired our mission across Vancouver.

Born from beautiful family chaos
OH FOR HEAVENS CAKES wasn't born in a boardroom; it emerged right from the joyful chaos of our family kitchen. On my daughter's sixth birthday, after spending three days constructing the "perfect" cake, it collapsed spectacularly on the drive to the party. Standing around the leaning tower of melted frosting, my husband threw his hands up and laughed, "Well, for heaven's sake!"
That hilarious disaster became our favourite story told at every family celebration. It taught us that the most treasured memories aren't staged or pristine; they are the beautifully imperfect moments where love shines through.

More than gifts, shared experiences
While regular gift baskets offer a momentary treat and bakery stops hand over a finished dessert, we deliver the magic of connection. Our curated baskets are designed to give busy parents permission to pause, set aside the to-do list, and take a collective exhale.
From weekend baking kits with flour-on-the-nose giggles to whimsical treat boxes for movie nights, we provide everything families need to celebrate everyday milestones without the pressure of perfection.

Rooted in the heart of Vancouver
We are proud to craft and deliver our kits across Vancouver, British Columbia. From sunny mornings along the Stanley Park seawall to vibrant afternoons browsing Granville Island, Vancouver families understand that authentic together-time beats picture-perfect every single day.
Being welcomed into homes throughout this community to help you celebrate lost teeth, report cards, or simply cozy Sundays together is what sweetens everything we do.
"Opening our weekend baking box gave us the exact break our family needed. There was flour on every nose, frosting everywhere, and more laughter than we've shared in months!"
